About our group:

The Head Failure Analysis group supports Released Product Team organizations across the globe providing analysis results of head failure to concern team to take an action for yield improvement. The Head Failure Analysis unit are located in the US, China and Thailand.

About the role - you will:

· Study new Failure Analysis methodology and capability with responsible and not limited to Focus Ion Beam (FIB), Field Emission Electron Microscopy (FESEM), X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy, Photoluminescence Spectroscopy and X-Ray Absorption Spectroscopy area to verify and provide action in root cause analysis for process and design improvement

· Initiate improvement method for failure analysis task for more capability and accuracy in the testing and investigation

· Support customer and factory requirements

About you:

· Analytical skills are complimentary such as JMP, Excel

· Strong knowledge in Thin-film coating technology, Electron microscopy, Magnetic material, and its phenomenon

· Experience in semiconductors or hard disk drive improvement project and literature review

· Strong presentation, verbal, and communication skill

Your experience includes:

· Good command of spoken and written English

· Active and initiative person

· Understanding failure background, provide analysis and method to get high accuracy failure analysis result

Korat, Thailand
