HR Business Partners serve as a point of contact for both employees and managers in the organization. We play a crucial role in strategizing and improving the complex business model by working closely with management and employees to build organizational and people capabilities.

About the role - you will:

•    Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders and managers, guiding people strategy, organizational health, workforce planning, and change impact
•    Provide expert guidance on core HR processes, ensuring compliance with company policy, Thailand labor law, and local regulations while balancing business and employee impact. 
•    Own site-level HR governance, ensuring consistent application of global standards with appropriate localization for Thailand and Korat site operations
•    Lead the site’s social compliance strategy and audit readiness (e.g., RBA, TLS8001, ISO 9001, BCMS), including risk assessment, corrective action planning, and leadership accountability
•    Design and drive HR solutions, programs, and process improvements to address systemic people issues and improve manager capability
•    Partner with other HR teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, HR Central, and Internal Communication) to land programs locally and provide feedback to shape regional/global solutions
•    Lead complex employee relations matters (investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances), advising leaders to ensure fairness, consistency, and legal/company alignment
•    Use employee insights and people data to identify trends and risks, strengthen engagement and culture, and recommend preventive or corrective actions

About you:

•    Strong strategic thinking, analytical, planning, and change management skills
•    Ability to exercise sound judgment in complex, ambiguous, or high risk situations
•    Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with senior leaders
•    Data driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into practical actions
•    Ability to use AI to elevate leader readiness, reduce friction, and increase strategic HR capacity, consistent with internal HR AI direction
•    Fluent in English 

Your experience includes:

•    Bachelor’s or higher degree in any field and/or relevant experience
•    Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering covering employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational topics
•    Hands on ownership of social compliance audits such as RBA, TLS8001, ISO 9001, and other applicable standards
•    Strong knowledge and application of Thailand labor law and HR compliance requirements
•    Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross functional teams
•    Proven ability to lead HR initiatives with clear business and site impact

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
