About our group:

HR Shared Services Organization: Contributes to the success of HR processes in Thailand by executing initiatives aligned with business strategies. Ensures HR business processes comply with regulations, policies, and procedures. Part of the HR Shared Services team to collaborate with Thailand stakeholders and employees to deliver HR services throughout the employment life cycle. Operates in a diverse and inclusive HR shared service environment, committed to excellent employee experience.

About the role - you will:

•    Collaboration: Work with the regional HR Shared Service team and stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience across the employee life cycle
•    Data Management: Collect, input, and maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems
•    Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits, resolve discrepancies, and update records
•    Support: Assist with internal/external audits, HR compliance testing, and regulatory inspections
•    Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, including new hire orientations
•    Projects: Participate in global and Asia HR projects to streamline and digitalize HR processes
•    Consultation: Provide consultation to employees and managers on HR documents, data management, benefits, and transactions
•    Advisory: Advise on HR policies, procedures, and legislative processes specific to Thailand
•    Documentation Management: Manage employee personnel files and other important employment-related records
•    Problem-Solving: Handle complex and straightforward issues within your specialized field
•    Compliance: Contribute to HR processes related to business and compliance requirements
•    Coordination: Coordinate with key stakeholders on exceptional cases

About you:

●    Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and a positive work attitude
●    Initiative: High level of initiative, meticulous, detail-oriented, with a quality mindset
●    Communication: Strong written and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders under a matrix organization
●    Legislation Knowledge: Knowledge of local labor legislation and experience in work pass topics.
●    Travel: May be required to travel within Thailand sites.
●    Good command of English and Thai

Your experience includes:

•    Bachelor’s or higher degree in any field and/or relevant experience
•    Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Automate Workflow
•    Adaptability: Flexibility to work under tight timelines and prompt response to changing priorities
•    Project management skills: Equipped with the capability to plan, manage, and execute the projects

Location:

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
