About the role - you will:

The HR Shared Services Administrator II provides advanced HR operational support, ensuring accurate and timely execution of employee lifecycle transactions, compliance with Thai labor and PDPA requirements, and delivery of high-quality service aligned with established SLAs and metrics.

The role also focuses on enhancing employee experience through efficient and responsive HR support. 

About you:

 

Employee Lifecycle Transactions  

  • Process onboarding and orientation, transfer, and termination requests in SAP SuccessFactors. 
  • Maintain accurate personnel files and archives per Thai labor regulations. 

Case Management & Service Delivery  

  • Handle HR inquiries and ensure ticket closure within SLA. 
  • Maintain First Contact Resolution (FCR) targets. 

Document Administration  

  • Maintain personnel files, HR documents, verification letters, and government paperwork in line with company policies and retention standards. 

Compliance & PDPA  

  • Implement PDPA requirements: consent management, privacy notices, and data subject rights handling. 
    Stakeholder Management 

Stakeholder Management 

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, including employees, managers, and department heads, on HR-related matters. 
    AI Awareness  

AI Awareness   

  • Stay informed about advancements in AI technologies relevant to HR processes and share key insights with stakeholders to foster awareness and responsible adoption. 

 

Your experience includes:

 
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and Thai labor law. 
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and ticketing tools (Freshworks). 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). 
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English. 
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. 
  • Ability to stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI technologies as they apply to HR operations.

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with almost 20,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finish drives.
