Analysis & Solution Engineering - Drive failure analysis provides service support on drive analytical technique and failure analysis for both internal quality tests and customer returned failures.

About the role - you will:

  • Responsible for customer and internal quality drive failure.
  • Responsibilities include monitoring product performance, identifying key product issues, providing technical support and guidance to team members and providing solutions for customer and internal issues.
  • Develop new and/or modified Failure Analysis/data analytics technique/tools, control and maintain all lab instruments in a good condition.
  • Communicate status of projects and progress to supervisor.
  • Support the organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.

About you:

  • Experience in data analytics will be an advantage.
  • Must have good analytical skills.
  • Able to communicate in English.

Your experience includes:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge and understanding basic oscilloscope and PCBA schematics.

Korat, Thailand

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finish drives.
