We are Slider Process, a team based at the Seagate Korat Slider Factory. Our mission is to support and enhance the cleaning process within the manufacturing environment. We are currently seeking a technician with strong capabilities in supporting and optimizing cleaning processes. Our team is focused on Supporting future product requirements, improving cleanliness standards and enhancing defect quality performance. About the role - you will:

As a Cleaning Process Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving machine performance in the Barlap-cleaning area. Your responsibilities will include:
•    Monitoring machine performance: Track KPIVs/KPOVs and promptly respond when performance deviates from targets.
•    Advance data analysis: Perform data queries and analysis to provide actionable insights for engineers.
•    Technical support: Assist engineers with investigations and experiments related to process improvement.
•    Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other teams such as manufacturing, maintenance, tooling, and product.
•    Additional responsibilities: Take on tasks that contribute to the success of the team, department, and overall business roadmap.

Your experience includes:

•    A Diploma or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields
•    Experience in slider fabrication or HDD manufacturing operations
•    Preferably, hands-on experience with cleaning processes
•    Working knowledge of machines and chemical solvents
•    Experience with data analysis tools such as JAMP, KNIME, or Python is a plus
