About our group:
The Drive Test Engineering department at Seagate Korat is responsible for testing and validating the performance and reliability of hard disk drives (HDDs) to ensure they meet quality standards. The team develops and optimizes test processes using specialized software and firmware, analyzes test data to identify root causes of failures, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. They also support new product introductions by preparing test systems and procedures aligned with production timelines. About the role - you will:

Your experience includes:

• Experience in repairing electronic equipment, mechanical components, and industrial machinery.
• Ability to repair and maintain water pumps, motors, and related equipment.
• Proficient in using and understanding EPROM Programmers for reading/writing memory chips.
• Basic knowledge and skills in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), including connection, troubleshooting, and program modification.
• Knowledge of using and testing Power Supply units, including both Switching and Linear types.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Skilled in using electrical measuring instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other signal analysis tools.
• English proficiency sufficient for reading technical manuals and basic communication.
• Highly responsible, diligent, honest, able to work in a team, and strictly follow factory safety regulations.
