About our group:

The Drive Backend Maintenance Engineering department is responsible for managing and conducting maintenance activities of Drive backend assembly Equipment in order to deliver to customer.

About the role - you will:

● Responsible for drive backend equipment management for both hardware and software to deliver equipment to support drive production on time per timeline.

● Work on Drive Production Drive Backend

● Minimize drive failure related to equipment hardware and software problem.

● Establish and maintain preventive maintenance procedures and administrative training programs to ensure proper equipment functional and maintain the inventory of equipment spare parts.

● Understanding the procurement system and inspection of goods both domestically and internationally for use with machinery managed by the maintenance team.

● Planning the purchase of machine spare parts to align with the system and budget to achieve targets.

● Reviewing invoice documents for work received according to purchase orders.

● Cooperate with other departments to acquire judgment in problem resolving/making decisions and recommendations.

● Work with Engineers and manufacturing to control process and output quality to meet target.

● เข้าใจระบบการสั่งซื้อสินค้าการตรวจรับสินค้าทั้งในและต่างประเทศ เพื่อนำมาใช้งานกับเครื่องจักรที่ทีมดูแลเครื่องจักร

● มีการวางแผนออกสั่งซื้อชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่เครื่องจักรให้เข้าตามระบบและงบประมาณที่กำหนดให้ได้เป้าหมาย

● มีการตรวจสอบเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoice) สำหรับรับงานที่ส่งมาตามคำสั่งซื้อ

● จัดทำและรักษาขั้นตอนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมด้านการบริหารเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าอุปกรณ์ทำงานได้อย่างเหมาะสมและรักษาสินค้าคงคลังของชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ของอุปกรณ์

● ร่วมมือกับแผนกอื่นเพื่อรับการตัดสินใจในการแก้ปัญหา/ตัดสินใจและแนะนำ

● ทำงานร่วมกับวิศวกรและการผลิตเพื่อควบคุมคุณภาพกระบวนการและผลผลิตเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมาย

About you:

● Computer skills (Microsoft office, basic command, software installation and configuration and network infrastructure system)

● Electronic and electrical skills (electronic and electrical circuit analysis)

● Electronic and electrical measurement and analysis tools

● Ability to work across multiple teams and collaborate effectively.

● Understand English equipment user manual.

● Good in English both read-write and communication.

● Open-minded and good attitude

Your experience includes:

● Equipment setup, install, upgrade, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting guideline.

● Skills training in problem root cause analysis tools. Such as Pareto Chart, Failure Mode, and Effects Analysis (FMEA), 5Whys, Cause, and Effect Analysis, and Plan Do Check Action (PDCA)

● Work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

● Ability and experience in managing stores, issuing and dispensing machine parts.
