Our team is focused on supporting future product requirements, improving cleanliness standards, and enhancing defect quality performance. About the role - you will:

• Track KPIVs/KPOVs, support machine buy-off activities, and respond promptly to any deviations from performance targets.
• Execute data queries and perform analysis to support engineering decisions using tools such as Excel PivotTables.
• Collaborate with engineers on investigations and experiments to drive process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, product, and tooling—to ensure smooth operations.
• Support Kaizen, Lean, and special assignments that help improve overall team and departmental performance.

About you:

• You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Tableau and SQL, with solid analytical skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
• Collaborative, organized, and open to new ideas.
• Basic English communication skills.

Your experience includes:

• A Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Mechanics, Materials Science, or Electronics.
• Experience in slider fabrication or HDD manufacturing operations (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with cleaning machines and chemical solvents (preferred).
