About our group:

The Process Development and Integration (PDI) Metrology is working on developing Slider Metrology Process and Equipment to fulfil the Slider Process requirement in measuring the Critical To Quality (CTQs) metric to reflect process performance. The PDI Metrology is also including the supporting Wafer Mechanical development by providing a Transducer Critical Dimension measurement (CD) for the Wafer design feedback such as CDSEM or Certus FIB and also supporting Writer Pole CD measurement to qualify Wafer prior to load in the Mass Slider manufacturing.

About the role - you will:

  • Directs time and motion studies to identify opportunities to improve overall efficiency and process cycle time
  • Conducts in the observation and analysis of work study to determine the time and motion requirements of each position or assignment.
  • Directs or conducts observation and analysis of personnel and work procedures to determine time-and-motion requirements of job duties.
  • Analyzes data and specifications to establish reasonable time and production standards.
  • Applies industrial management techniques and principles to develop cost and time-saving recommendations and modifications to work methods, staffing requirements, equipment, and facilities upgrades.

About you:

  • Hard Disk Drives manufacturing is preferable
  • Prefer time management skills with a proven ability to identify the most efficient method of executing a task
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Verbal and written communication
  • Presentation skills

Your experience includes:

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Open-minded and good attitude
  • Good at data analytical skills
  • Fluent in English

Korat, Thailand

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees.
