About our group:

HSA Process Development (HPD) is the department that develop the Head Stack Assembly (HSA) process and work with new product launch. The team is looking for new innovative idea, technology to support existing and new product requirement.

About the role - you will:

Develop HSA process to meet the goal of design center and product roadmap.

  • Understand new product design, its CTQ requirement. Determine risk and opportunity for process development
  • Work with process development team to deliver assembly process capability that meet the requirement flow down target
  • Find out solution/development plan to achieve product requirement
  • Working with Process Engineer, Quality Engineer, Equipment Design Engineer, Maintenance Engineer to solve production problems and challenge

About you:

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude/ Open-minded and providing exemplary customer service
  • Excellent teamwork, leadership and coach ability
  • Capable of communication and presentation both in Thai and English in a technical knowledge with cross-functional team
  • Able to do apply engineering tools or soft skills such as Statistical, Data analysis to achieve goal
  • Fluent in English communication (Listening, Speaking, Writing, Reading)
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Geometric tolerancing, Transfer function and Stack up tolerance analysis is preferable

Your experience includes:

  • Bachelor, Master’s degree and/or equivalent experience in the Engineering and Science discipline
  • Able to do 3D model, Simulation using Solidworks and ANSYS is preferable.
