About our group:

The Cleanroom Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes within a controlled cleanroom environment. This role supports yield improvement, equipment stability, contamination control, and new product or process Development (NPD). The engineer is also expected to apply AI/ML techniques to analyze complex datasets, automate process monitoring, and enhance predictive capabilities within manufacturing operations to deliver committed goal metrics which are aligned to company goals.

About the role - you will:

  • Monitor daily production through SPC dashboards, yield/failure trends, contamination related and automation alerts to sustain assigned cleanroom processes.
  • Lead troubleshooting with structured problem‑solving methodologies (8D, Fishbone, FMEA, DOE) and corrective action activities to restore process control.
  • Provide fast response to process excursions, tool alarms, and contamination events including issue WIP disposition and containment actions as required.
  • Optimize process parameters to meet KPIs also implement continuous improvement including yield, contamination, SPC stability, cycle time, and cost‑reduction initiatives.
  • Lead process qualification, engineering builds, and NPD-related activities and long‑term reliability evaluations.
  • Maintain POR, Work Instructions, FMEA, Control Plans, and Risk Assessments.
  • Apply AI/ML to improve yield, detect defects, and optimize process parameters include develop or support automated data dashboards, automated data analysis and early warning systems.
  • Analyze process data using machine learning techniques such as anomaly detection, predictive modeling, and pattern recognition.

About you:

    • Cross‑functional with strong verbal and written communication
    • Strong analytical, critical thinking and presentation skills. 
    • Great follow up of assigned tasks in a dynamic environment.
    • Fluent in both Thai and English communication

Your experience includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Mechatronics, Data Science, Computer Science or Computer Engineering are preferable)
  • 2–5 years of experience in high‑technology manufacturing (HDD, semiconductor, electronics device, etc.).
  • Experience in cleanroom operations, contamination control, and process engineering.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Minitab, JMP, or statistical tools.
  • Strong understanding of SPC, DOE, and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to Advanced data science, AI/ML technologies
