About our group:

The Drive Backend Test Process Department is responsible for managing and executing process readiness, process change management, process control, and continuous process efficiency improvement. The team ensures high productivity, quality, and cost efficiency within the backend test area, supporting sustainable manufacturing operations and on-time product delivery.

About the role - you will:

  • Own and support drive backend test processes including process readiness, process control, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure process readiness delivery to meet production schedules and milestones
  • Perform data analysis and structured problem-solving to identify risks and improvement opportunities
  • Establish, monitor, and maintain process control systems to ensure stable output quality
  • Drive process productivity, yield, and efficiency improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and cross-functional engineering teams
  • Support process change implementation including documentation and communication
  • Monitor output quality and process performance to meet targets with high quality
  • Present process status, risks, and improvement results to stakeholders

  1. Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Basic SQL for data analysis
  • Basic programming skills (Python, HTML)
  • Understanding of manufacturing process control
  1. Problem-Solving & Quality Tools

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in high-volume, high-precision manufacturing environments
  • Hard Disk Drive (HDD) manufacturing experience preferred
  • Proven success in cross-functional collaboration
  • Confidence in data presentation and communication with leadership

Korat Thailand 
Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
