Factory control system team response in drive, develop and deploy solutions to enhance and improve the performance and efficiency of Slider manufacturing processes. We provide data analytics, data visualization, advanced Process control systems, and Machine Learning solution to enable smart factory 4.0. We also work closely with multi-functional teams such as, IT, Process engineers and customer to driving manufacturing quality excellence for HAMR and beyond product. 

About the role - you will:

  • Develop, program, and support Advanced Process Control (APC) solutions to enhance process efficiency and manufacturing performance
  • Perform KPOV/KPIV data analysis and develop applications to automate routine engineering tasks, including building an advanced Root Cause Analysis (RCA) framework powered by Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies
  • Collaboration with PE, ME and IT to using AI/ML for KPOVs/KPIVs control
  • Automated monitoring system using SQL, KNIME, Python, & Tableau applications linkage to multi-data source (TK-ODS, TT-ODS, EDW, EHC, & INFLUXDB) to create dashboard and early detect the outliers

About you:

  • Good team player with the willingness to collaborate with multi-functional teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good command of English and effective communicator in verbal, listening and written communication
  • Data analysis with strong analytical mind in solving business problems
  • Basically, Machine Learning and software development skills, to translate user requirements into high-quality working applications
  • AI and machine learning knowledge

Your experience includes:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other engineering-related fields
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, HTML, and database technologies; knowledge of Java and C# is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts

 

Language skills:

  • Thai: Fluent
  • English: Good in verbal, listening and written communication

Korat Thailand

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
