About our group:

Drive Process Engineering supports drive manufacturing from drive assembly to test process. We work with cross-functional teams to monitor and improve product and process performance to meet cost, quality, and delivery matrix.

About the role - you will:

  • Work in Drive Manufacturing in Korat and reporting to the Manager
  • Be responsible for developing, configuring and optimizing drive assembly and test processes from inception startup     to mass production
  • Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production output and process efficiency
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as equipment development, tooling design, maintenance, production and quality team to ensure product/process performance meet targets in terms of cost, quality and delivery.
  • Perform Planning and execution include process control plan, preventive action plan and quality system to guarantee good product performance and meet per objective with good quality to customers
  • Monitor data analytic and failure analysis to identify the root cause whether from man, machine, material, method or design robustness concern
  • Review the KPI (Key Process Indicator) monitoring systems and determine ways to improve their ability to maintain company operations cost, quality, and delivery.

About you:

  • Excellent attitude and teamwork-oriented to support organization, company and business requirements
  • Good self-development and OJT (On the job training) learning in process/product knowledge and Engineering knowledge
  • Great follow up of assigned tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Good presentation skills
  • Fluent in both Thai and English communication

Your experience includes:

  • New graduated 1-2 years bachelor’s degree in engineering majors (IE/EE/ME/Computer)
  • Good knowledge of analysis skills, problem-solving tools and decision making
  • Effectively understand and interpret statistical data
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Good attitude and friendly
  • Having background in computer programming or coding in Python is preferable
  • AI/ML Applications: Basic to intermediate skills in machine learning for manufacturing

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees.
