About our group:

We are the Process Engineering team supporting Head Stack Assembly (HSA) manufacturing from new product introduction (NPI) through mass production. Our team collaborates closely with cross-functional partners across Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Quality to monitor, analyze, and improve product and process performance—driving excellence in cost, quality, yield, scrap reduction, and delivery. This hybrid role combines Process Engineering expertise with advanced Data Science and Analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making and next-generation manufacturing optimization.

About the role - you will:

•    Analyze large-scale manufacturing data and develop predictive/prescriptive machine-learning models
•    Develop and optimize algorithms, including automated ETL pipelines across multiple data platforms
•    Collaborate with cross-functional HSA teams and provide technical leadership
•    Create impactful dashboards and present data-driven insights to Senior leadership
•    Drive innovation through new AI/ML techniques and implement automation to improve operational efficiency

About you:

•    Strong in analytical thinking and problem-solving, able to work with complex datasets and identify meaningful insights
•    Skilled in communicating data findings clearly to cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with engineers and stakeholders
•    Proficient in statistical analysis, machine learning concepts, and data modeling
•    Positive attitude, open-minded, and eager to learn new technologies
•    Critical thinking communication
•    Presentation skills (Thai & English)
•    Good command of Thai and English and presentation skills (Thai & English)

Your experience includes:

•    Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant technical field 
•    Experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Analytics, or Data Science
•    Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, MySQL, Hive/Presto)
•    Advanced programming skills in Python (Pandas, Numpy)
•    Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
•    Familiar with data processing tools and platforms such as Python, SQL, and dashboard/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, KNIME, Power BI, or equivalent)
•    Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, automation) and PowerPoint
•    Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or AWS
•    Experience working with manufacturing datasets, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data modeling
•    Ability to perform process capability analysis (SPC, DOE, MSA, correlation, regression)
•    Hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on process control and troubleshooting
•    Experience in HDD, Semiconductor, or high-precision manufacturing environments

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
