About our group:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compute Engineer to join our GenAI Innovation initiative. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing a unified GenAI “Unicorn” Platform that enables Digital Employees, Digital Teams, and scalable AI services. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in cloud computing, system orchestration, containerized workloads, and GenAI system integration to ensure the platform operates with high reliability, performance, and security. 

About the role - you will:

  • Design and implement compute architecture for the GenAI Digital Workforce Platform, including autoscaling, container orchestration, and high-availability systems. 

  • Develop infrastructure to support Digital Employees, Digital Teams, and automated AI agents. 

  • Integrate LLM frameworks, vector databases, workflow engines, and agent-based orchestration. 

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI services and internal tools. 

  • Implement monitoring, logging, performance tuning, and system-level optimization. 

  • Collaborate closely with AI engineers, backend developers, and platform architects to deliver scalable GenAI capabilities. 

  • Ensure platform security, compliance, identity & access control, and governance standards. 

  • Continuously evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to support future platform growth. 

About you:

  • Currently in a Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. 

  • Solid experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, Docker, and distributed systems. 

  • Strong knowledge of Go, Python, or similar languages. 

  • Experience with LLMs, vector search, agent frameworks, or AI service orchestration is highly preferred. 

  • Understanding networking, load balancing, and API gateway technologies. 

  • Familiarity with GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, or similar infrastructure-as-code tools. 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system-design skills. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced innovation environment with cross-functional teams. 

Your experience includes:

  • Experience deploying or managing GenAI workloads at a scale. 

  • Knowledge of GPU scheduling, distributed compute, or model-serving infra. 

  • Experience with service mesh (Istio), event-driven architecture, or WebSocket-based systems. 

  • Ability to design and maintain high-reliability compute clusters.

Korat, Thailand
Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees.
