The Agentic AI and Digital Employee Development team develops the platform and infrastructure that powers AI-driven digital employees. We build scalable systems that allow intelligent agents to operate reliably across manufacturing and engineering environments. Our team works across cloud technologies, automation, monitoring, and AI operations to ensure digital employees can deliver value safely, efficiently, and continuously.

About the role - you will:

Support deployment, operation, and maintenance of AI agent platforms.

Containerize and deploy services using Docker and modern DevOps practices.

Assist with CI/CD automation and platform configuration management.

Monitor application health, logs, performance, and infrastructure metrics.

Troubleshoot operational issues and improve system reliability.

Develop scripts and tools that automate routine operational activities.

Help build monitoring and alerting capabilities for digital employees.

Collaborate with platform engineers to improve scalability and resiliency.

About you:

Passionate about technology operations, automation, and infrastructure.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Interested in cloud-native platforms and AI technologies.

Comfortable learning new tools and technologies quickly.

Self-motivated and proactive in identifying improvements.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence.

Your experience includes:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Familiarity with Linux environments.

Experience with Docker and container technologies.

Experience using Git and version control systems.

Knowledge of shell scripting or Python automation.

Understanding of monitoring and logging concepts.

Basic networking and system administration knowledge.

Korat, Thailand

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
