About our group:

The Agentic AI and Digital Employee Development team is building the next generation of AI-powered digital employees that help engineers make faster, data-driven decisions. Our team combines manufacturing expertise, data science, and artificial intelligence to develop intelligent agents capable of analyzing factory and product data, identifying anomalies, and assisting engineers in solving complex technical challenges. As part of a global innovation initiative, interns will work alongside experienced engineers and AI practitioners on real-world applications of Generative AI and Agentic Systems.

About the role - you will:

Support the development of AI agents that analyze factory and engineering data.

Build and evaluate prompts, reasoning workflows, and agent skills.

Prepare datasets and engineer features for analytics and AI applications.

Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to identify patterns and anomalies.

Validate agent-generated insights against known engineering cases.

Create visualizations and reports that communicate findings effectively.

Document methodologies and reusable AI capabilities for future development.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and software developers on AI-driven solutions.

About you:

Passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Analytics.

Curious about applying AI to solve real-world engineering problems.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Eager to learn emerging AI technologies and industry practices.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Your experience includes:

Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience with Python and data analysis libraries such as Pandas.

Knowledge of SQL and data processing concepts.

Understanding of statistics and machine learning fundamentals.

Interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.

Ability to communicate technical results in English.

Location:

Korat, Thailand

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
