We are developing a machine learning (ML) solution to predict Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) tip failure using internal sensor data collected from individual Nanoscope machines. The goal is to enable early detection of tip degradation before it affects image quality and to extend tip lifetime by identifying signals of wear patterns.

· Capable of developing machine learning concepts, algorithms and models.
