About the role - you will:

 

  • Plan, implement, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related equipment problems.
  • Lead equipment breakdown investigations and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring failures.
  • Monitor equipment performance, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and OEE.
  • Identify and implement equipment improvements to enhance reliability, productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Strengthen EHS compliance and audit readiness
  • Provide technical EHS support to Engineering and Operations team
  • Ensure equipment complies with safety, operational, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support new equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and production ramp-up.
  • Manage equipment spare parts and ensure availability of critical components.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for equipment maintenance and technical support.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to technicians

About you:

 

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Solid technical foundation in EHS and equipment engineering.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical , Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Your experience includes:

 

  • At least 2 to 4 years of relevant working expertise in Equipment maintenance engineering
  • Hands-on working background in high-volume manufacturing environments, preferably in precision machining (ID/OD), grinding, plating, or similar processes like HDD substrate manufacturing.
  • Capability of process troubleshooting, optimization, or equipment engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and implement improvements in yield, quality, or efficiency.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to deliver operational results.
