About the role - you will:

As a Partner Account Representative II, you will play a critical role in expanding Seagate’s reach by building and nurturing relationships with strategic partners across the United States. You’ll be responsible for driving partner engagement, enabling partner success, and accelerating joint sales opportunities through the Lyve portfolio of solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence partner strategy, grow revenue, and represent a respected industry leader in data storage and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partner Engagement: Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners to drive joint business growth. 
  • Enablement & Training: Equip partners with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to effectively position and sell Lyve solutions. 
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with partners to develop and execute joint account plans, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies. 
  • Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed partner-influenced sales targets. 
  • Pipeline Development: Support partners in building and managing a healthy pipeline of opportunities. 
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem developments. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure partner success. 

About you:

  • Experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliances within the technology sector. 
  • Strong understanding of Storage, SaaS, Cloud, or IT Services. 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. 
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Command of the Message, SPIN, or Challenger. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Highly motivated, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

Your experience includes:

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other partner and sales enablement tools. 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $114,000 - $168,000. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.


This position is also eligible to earn additional commission-based (60/40 plan) compensation pursuant to an established commission sales plan. Actual commission-based compensation will be based on performance and the eligible target incentive, as addressed in the applicable plan, all of which is subject to change.
