Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern (part-time 10-15 hours week Winter/Spring, FT Summer)

About our group:

The Talent Acquisition team influences the business on hiring process and brings in top talent to the company. As an intern, you will have exposure to various aspects of Talent Acquisition from candidate sourcing to onboarding, employment branding. You will support Talent Acquisition current and future initiatives and programs across the organization. If you’re interested in a future career in HR or talent acquisition and building a foundational TA skillset while learning on-the-job, then this role is for you! 

About the role - you will:

Part-time fall/winter – focusing on administrative assistance:  

  • Utilize application tracking system 
  • Create and send outreach communications to candidates  
  • Craft, update, post & advertise jobs 
  • Organize candidate data 
  • Update tracking spreadsheets and internal documents 
  • Coordinate event logistics  
  • Perform other administrative duties related to talent acquisition 


In Winter and Spring, this position will be performed virtually and will have some flexibility due to course load. In Summer, interns typically work Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm in office. The hours are subject to change with or without notice at the sole discretion of Seagate.

Your experience includes:

  • Student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business, English or other related major and enrolled in fall 2022 courses 
  • Microsoft skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)  
  • Experience in creating PowerPoint slides and presenting to an audience 
  • Ability to write effectively and craft creative content 


Colorado's 2021 Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) requires we inform you of the estimated base hourly range for this position: $17 – $21.  Actual range is based on fair market value of the role in the geography in which you live based on the requirements of the job and your skills.  This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and Seagate reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
