About our group:
The CTO Office PMO (Program Management Office) manages projects for the Research & Product Development (R&PD) organization. R&PD includes strong and diverse global engineering talent that is focused on fulfilling Seagate’s product development strategy for cloud storage through the edge.
About the role - you will:
The mission of the CTO Office PMO is to enable data-driven decision-making within the larger organization by ensuring that the right decisions are being made by the right people, at the right time, and with the right data. This means working with our partners and stakeholders within R&PD and in other business functions to support services and activities, including: As part of our PM practice, we follow the Seagate-defined process for managing Technology Development Projects (TDPs), the Seagate Research Phase Gate Process, and Program Life Cycle Process (PLCP), utilizing best practices from PMI, Lean, and the Scaled Agile Framework.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $123,780.80- $180,408.80. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
