About our group:
Seagate is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Account Manager (TAM) to lead technical engagement and customer success activities for the Dell Systems account. This role serves as the primary technical owner for customer-facing programs, qualifications, product transitions, change management activities, and strategic technical engagements. The TAM acts as the voice of the customer within Seagate while ensuring customer commitments, schedules, and business objectives are achieved. The successful candidate will develop strong relationships across Dell and Seagate, coordinating activities across Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, Quality, Firmware, Hardware, Manufacturing, and Sales organizations. The TAM is accountable for driving customer satisfaction, qualification success, issue resolution, technical communications, and program execution.

You Might Also Have: The estimated base salary range for this position is $147,030.00 - $214,300.00. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
