Manufacturing Supervisor Internship

About our group:

HSA & Drive Manufacturing team have work as the important role for Korat factory to produce the Drive finish goods per customer require. We have work as a big team to prepare the material, manpower, process standard, and run the machine & equipment to produce the output by control the quantity, quality, and cost per target.

About the role - you will:

  • Planning and review all resource to support the manufacturing build plan (material, manpower, process standard, and machine/equipment).
  • Improve the work process in the responsible area by focus on waste reduction.
  • Implement the technical and system to improve the work area and your responsible jobs.
  • Summary the report of responsible job and update to management team.


About you:

  • Teamwork and self-motivated
  • Good summary and presentation skill.
  • Organization, able to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Capability to work both hands-on and analytically to solve problems.
  • Fast learning capability
  • Good summary and presentation skill.

Your experience includes:

  • Good at the basic tool such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • Capable to learn the advance analytic tools and computer programing.


Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with almost 20,000 employees.
