The Investor Relations organization serves as the primary link between Seagate and the investment community, communicating the company's strategy, financial performance, capital allocation priorities and long-term value proposition to institutional investors, research analysts and other stakeholders.
About the role - you will:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Capital Markets (“SVP”), the Head of Investor Relations serves as the operational leader of Seagate's investor relations function. The role also serves as an authorized spokesperson to the investment community, maintaining continuity of external engagement and selected investor coverage while partnering closely with the SVP on strategic messaging and priority shareholder engagements. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for translating Seagate's investor communication and engagement strategy into a disciplined, enterprise-wide program that strengthens investor confidence, enhances understanding of the company's strategy and financial performance, and supports long-term shareholder value creation. The Head of IR oversees the day-to-day execution of the global investor relations program, leads the quarterly earnings process, develops a high-performing team, coordinates critical cross-functional activities, and serves as a key advisor to senior leadership on investor sentiment, valuation, shareholder perspectives and competitive financial developments.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $232,000 - $344,000. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
