About our group:

Global Revenue Operations enables our Sales teams by improving the processes, systems, data, and capabilities used to manage the business and support revenue growth.

As the organization expands its use of AI agents and automated workflows, the Enablement team is strengthening how agent activity, adoption, workflow performance, and business impact are tracked and reported.

About the role - you will:

As an intern within the Global Revenue Operations Enablement team, you will support the collection, tracking, reporting, and visualization of data related to AI agents and agent-supported workflows.

Working within tracking measures and reporting requirements established by the team, you will gather data from approved sources, maintain dashboards and trackers, validate reporting accuracy, and prepare recurring reports for stakeholders.

You will also support broader AI enablement activities, including documentation, training coordination, communications, feedback collection, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Gather and consolidate AI agent, workflow, adoption, and impact data from approved reporting sources.

  • Maintain an inventory of AI agents, including use cases, owners, deployment status, target users, and available usage data.

  • Prepare recurring reports and visual summaries for team reviews, stakeholder updates, and leadership discussions.

  • Apply metric definitions and reporting requirements established by the team consistently across dashboards and reports.

  • Validate data completeness and accuracy, investigate basic discrepancies, and escalate unresolved issues for review.

  • Support the collection and reporting of defined workflow impact measures, including available before-and-after business data.

  • Highlight observable trends, exceptions, and reporting changes for the team’s review, without independently determining business conclusions.

  • Document data sources, metric definitions, dashboard logic, reporting procedures, and known data limitations.

  • Support dashboard testing, report refreshes, quality checks, and updates when reporting requirements change.

  • Assist with training materials, session coordination, communications, feedback collection, and adoption tracking.

  • Collaborate with Enablement, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Intelligence, and IT stakeholders.

About you:

You are comfortable working with data from different sources, following defined reporting processes, and turning information into clear dashboards and visual summaries. You pay close attention to data quality and can communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

You are also willing to learn, comfortable working through ambiguity, and able to manage multiple assigned tasks in a global, cross-functional environment.

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

  • Ability to follow defined metric definitions, reporting standards, and documented processes.

  • Ability to identify data inconsistencies and communicate them clearly.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks and changing priorities.

  • Interest in AI agents, workflow automation, business analytics, and operational reporting.

Your experience includes:

Exposure to Power Query, SQL, Python, or another data preparation and analysis tool would be preferred.

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or comparable workflow and agent platforms would be preferred.

Basic understanding of business processes, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or AI enablement.
