Integrated Campaign Manager

About our group:

The Integrated Marketing team is part of the Global Marketing Organization. Our group leads the overall strategy, development, execution and optimization of integrated marketing across all Seagate businesses: Enterprise, Client, and Consumer. We identify the marketing mix, lead the development of the campaign components and support programs that increases Seagate brand awareness and drive demand generation.

About the role - you will:

This position will report to Global Integrated Marketing Campaigns Lead and be responsible for leading the overall strategy, development, execution and optimization of integrated campaigns for Seagate’s Enterprise audience.  

 

In this role, you will be responsible for creating the global campaign strategy and plan, orchestrating it with the global teams, identifying the marketing mix, leading the development of all the campaign components, and supporting programs that will increase Seagate’s brand awareness and preference, create demand and generate pipeline to capture, nurture, and close new prospects or increase existing customer loyalty.  

 

You will also become the expert executing b2b programs across all enterprise business, including orchestrating strategic input and execution across marketing's functional areas (e.g., web, events, advertising, social, and PR), business unit teams (e.g., product marketing and product management), and sales teams. Establishes communication strategies for campaign efforts by audience and segment. Determines appropriate communication vehicles and mix strategies to support integrated campaign objectives and performance targets. 

 

  • Assume full responsibility for the execution of end-to-end enterprise campaigns and programs that support our business objectives: generating new leads and new accounts that result in the achievement of pipeline, opportunity, and revenue objectives globally 
  • Apply analytics and insights to better profile and target prospects, driving continual optimization to deliver higher quality responses and improve conversion rates all along the funnel 
  • Influence and direct content marketing and demand generation budget allocation 
  • Measure and report on results. Identify opportunities and roadblocks early and often to capitalize or course-correct as needed through metrics analysis and program optimization. Work with marketing analytics to set up uniform tracking at an Integrated Campaign level, spanning all tactics, to measure effectiveness of major initiatives 
  • Build audience centric strategies with associated core messaging maps. Champion and enforce the brand and market segments messaging strategies and priorities across all marketing touch points and teams 
  • Understand the target customer mindset, and work with Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Brand & Creative, Social/Digital, Web, PR teams to create compelling global campaigns, that hit relevant customer pain points and drive business objectives 
  • Develop close relationships with regional marketing teams, and act as the champion of marketing requirements and a communication conduit between corporate and field 
  • Own end-to-end enablement for outbound campaigns. Ensure successful adoption of campaign assets and enable regional marketing teams and global marketing teams to execute at scale 
  •  Drive alignment with business unit leaders and other stakeholders in defining campaign strategies that support the business objectives 
  • Participate in joint sales pursuit activities against a given sales target, working with the inside sales organization 
  • Develop ongoing and updated presentations for a variety of audiences (stakeholders, managers, execs) about outbound campaigns as well as performance-based metrics 
  • Customarily and regularly engage with eco-systems partners to identify new co-marketing opportunities 
  • Proficient with using Wrike and/or modern project management platforms to develop project plans and lead project teams to execute efficiently and on a deadline 

About you:

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong research, data management, and analytical skills with ability to analyze data and react accordingly. Understanding of marketing attribution and waterfalls to be able to report on campaign success and identify what’s not working. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and comfortable conversing with a wide array of technical and non-technical stakeholders 

Your experience includes:

  • Deep Knowledge of B2B integrated marketing campaign management, branding, demand generation, and program management experience required 
  • Experience with channel /partner sales model and working directly with sales to drive business results 
  • Passionate, skillful audience centric marketer with experience in creating messaging maps 
  • Ability to build well thought out strategic brief to kick-off campaigns to cross-functional digital teams (email, web, social, advertising, etc.) and creative (writers, designers, external agencies, etc.) 
  • External agency management experience and spend management 
  • Strong results orientation, and project management with a keen sense of urgency to get things done. The ability to manage multiple on-going projects with various stakeholders 
  • Ability to build yearlong strategic campaigns based on business needs and sales targets 
  • Proven leadership experience influencing others and communicating direction  
  • Ability to present plans at an executive level and with cross-functional groups  
  • Working internationally (including management of priorities outside the US) 
  • Expertise with the following systems is a plus: Wrike, Eloqua, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Demandbase, and search metrics 
  • Expertise working with industry analysts to deliver thought leadership content (Gartner, IDC, Forrester, etc.) is a plus 
  • Proven experience in mentoring and developing junior campaign managers and marketing team members
  • Bachelor’s Degree and / or equivalent experience
