About our group:

Our Sputter Source Maintenance Team is pivotal in maintaining the performance and source availability of our 200L Tool Usage and Conversion Upgrade systems. Our team is involved and responsible in Component’s Rebuilt & Maintenance Activities of the sputter source. We are committed to ensuring high availability and performance of our resources, which is crucial for our organization's growth and success.

As an Engineering Specialist II, Sputter Source Maintenance, you will be part of our Sputter Source operations, maintaining the synergy between technology and people. 

About the role - you will:

  • Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on sputter source assemblies to ensure equipment reliability and availability.  
  • Conduct source component rebuilding, refurbishment, cleaning, inspection, and replacement according to established maintenance procedures.  
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify root causes to minimize downtime and improve system performance. 
  • Support source conversion, upgrade, and qualification activities to meet production and engineering requirements. 

About you:

You are a robust team player with a proactive approach, known for your: 

  • Resourcefulness and a result-oriented mindset. 
  • Attention to detail, with the capability to work independently when needed. 
  • Good communication skills and an ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel. 
  • Adaptive nature and a consistently positive work attitude. 

Your experience includes:

  • ITE / Diploma in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or any relevant fields 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for formulas or macro setting. 
  • Possess Creative qualities, good communication skills will be an advantage. 
  • Doesn't have allergy to alcohol content.
