The Finance organization partners with Global Procurement, Commodity Management, and Supply Chain Operations to support strategic decision-making and deliver sustainable business results. The team provides financial planning, performance management, cost and working-capital insights, and decision support across a complex global operating environment.

We also advance the use of analytics, automation, digital tools, and artificial intelligence to modernize finance processes and enable scalable, data-driven ways of working.

About the role - you will:

• Serve as a strategic finance leader and trusted advisor to senior leaders across Global Procurement, Commodity Management, and Supply Chain Operations.
• Shape financial strategy and lead annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and actionable recommendations that support sound business decisions.
• Analyze cost structures, commodity and supplier dynamics, sourcing alternatives, contracts, pricing, and total cost of ownership.
• Provide financial support for supplier negotiations, product-cost optimization, supplier transitions, working-capital improvements, and supply chain initiatives.
• Manage budgets and forecasts, monitor performance against targets, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Champion decision-ready data and expand the use of dashboards, self-service analytics, automation, predictive analytics, and generative AI.
• Apply digital and AI capabilities to planning, forecasting, reporting, performance management, and decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives that simplify, standardize, and modernize finance processes.
• Define measurable transformation outcomes and drive the adoption of digital solutions and new ways of working.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global finance team.
• Build team capabilities in finance business partnership, analytics, data literacy, digital tools, and AI.
• Support talent development and succession planning across the organization.

About you:

• Strategic and commercial finance leadership, with the ability to translate complex financial and operational information into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence decisions across functions, organizational levels, and geographies.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in navigating complex global organizations and leading teams through change.
• Strong financial expertise combined with a demonstrated commitment to analytics, technology, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convey data through compelling business narratives.
• Proven capability to develop high-performing teams and foster collaboration, accountability, learning, and innovation.
• Results-oriented approach, with the ability to balance long-term strategy and operational execution.

Your experience includes:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of progressive finance experience, including experience in leadership roles.
• Significant experience supporting Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or related functions.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis, cost analysis, working-capital management, and operational finance.
• Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and leading cross-functional transformation in a complex global organization.
• Practical experience applying AI, including generative AI, to finance or operational planning, forecasting, reporting, analytics, decision-making, or productivity.
• Advanced capability in analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Preferred experience includes:

• An MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification.
• An industry-recognized certification or formal credential in AI, generative AI, machine learning, data science, data analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in technology, manufacturing, data storage, semiconductor, or global supply chain environments.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or comparable platforms.
