About the role - you will:

 

Position Overview:

 

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team at the Northern Ireland facility in Londonderry/Derry. This role is pivotal in supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. The Talent Acquisition Professional will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to attract, engage, and hire top talent for Seagate Technology.


About the role – you will:

 

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure process adherence.
  • Facilitate a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication.
  • Support onboarding processes, including new hire documentation and orientation coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with Northern Ireland fair employment legislation and company policies.

About you:

 

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Committed to process adherence and compliance.
  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and leaders.
  • Excellent communicator with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Knowledgeable about Northern Ireland fair employment legislation.

Your experience includes:

 

  • Experience with recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


You might also have:

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a global organization.
  • Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and recruitment event coordination.
