Global Talent Agility (GTA) is a team in the Performance, Learning and Development (L, D & P) organization at Seagate. This group is responsible for democratizing careers of Seagate’s employees and to provide agility to our workforce by providing them opportunities to build the skills to achieve business results. We also aim to ensure that our Seagate has the skills and resources needed to win and grow in the VUCA world.


To ensure that all new Interns can benefit as effectively as possible during their time here, we offer an 11 month development opportunity called Campus to Corporate Training Program.


This Program is in place to prepare and support you by equipping you with the skills, knowledge and tools that assist you to succeed. 
This can be anything from Workshops on: Learning: Gain valuable industry and corporate knowledge. Grow: Expand your professional skills, discover your strengths and explore your future career opportunities. Connect: Foster valuable relationships with peers and industry professionals for your career growth.

About the role - you will:

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an 11-month internship/placement in the Learning and Development organization, commencing on 31st August 2026 and finishing on 20th August 2027. 

 

•    Support L&D team in design and delivery of training courses.
•    Regular review and update of the programs in line with organization needs.
•    Evaluate all training effectiveness to continually assess content is fit for purpose. 
•    Continually evolve and improve our learning offerings. 
•    Participate in regional projects and programs as required. 
•    Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
•    Help the L&D team to diagnose learning needs across the organization. 

About you:

 

•    Interest in Learning and Development processes with a desire to learn and grow.
•    Should be passionate about HR and adaptable to explore different departments. 
•    Should see growth within themselves and be willing to learn.
•    Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and with multiple priorities.
•    Good communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills.
•    Team player, collaborative approach and resourceful.
•    Self-motivated, target-oriented with good follow-up skills.

Your experience includes:

 

•    Experience or qualification in HR, preferably in L&D
•    Working with Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
•    Previous experience in Project Management. 
•    Currently undertaking a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant qualification.

This is a Full-Time position working 39 hours per week, on-site working. The placement dates are: Starting on Monday, 31st August 2026 and finishing Friday, 20th August 2027
