About our group:

The Agentic AI and Digital Employee Development team creates the data foundation that powers intelligent digital employees. We design and operate modern data platforms that transform manufacturing and operational data into trusted information products for AI agents and engineers. Working with global teams, we focus on making data accessible, reliable, and scalable to enable advanced analytics and intelligent automation.

About the role - you will:

  • Build and maintain data pipelines that support AI and analytics platforms. 

  • Develop ETL workflows to collect, transform, and deliver data. 

  • Create query-ready datasets for engineering and AI applications. 

  • Manage schemas, metadata, and data lifecycle processes. 

  • Monitor and improve data quality and reliability. 

  • Support lakehouse and distributed data platform operations. 

  • Optimize data processing performance and scalability. 

  • Collaborate with data scientists and AI developers to provide trusted data sources. 

About you:

  • Passionate about data engineering and large-scale data systems. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Interested in modern data platforms and AI technologies. 

  • Committed to data quality and attention to detail. 

  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. 

  • Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams. 

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to share ideas. 

Your experience includes:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 

  • Experience with SQL and Python. 

  • Understanding of ETL and data pipeline concepts. 

  • Familiarity with Apache Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools. 

  • Experience with Trino, Hive, Spark, or similar data platforms. 

  • Knowledge of object storage technologies such as S3 or MinIO. 

  • Understanding of data quality, validation, and governance concepts. 

Location:

Korat, Thailand

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives. Employees enjoy ample on-site parking, free shuttle vans and buses within the city of Korat, as well as transportation to and from Bangkok and Khon Kaen province on weekends.
