About our group:

The Customer Success (CS) team is a highly effective, customer-focused group that consistently delivers best-in-class product support and technical service to both external and internal customers.

About the role - you will:

•    Supporting day-to-day customer engagement activities for channel partners, distributors, and key end customers across East China.
•    Assisting with customer issue tracking, drive log analysis, on-site failure verification, and follow-up actions to ensure timely resolution.
•    Supporting product qualification activities, including schedule coordination, test tracking, issue investigation, and resolution management.
•    Preparing customer presentations, technical reports, and marketing-related technical materials.
•    Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, CQE, and ASE, to address customer requirements and support business objectives.
•    Participating in customer visits, technical workshops, marketing events, and on-site support activities to gain hands-on experience in customer-facing engineering roles.
•    Conduct research on emerging storage technologies and industry trends to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
•    Supporting additional channel customer projects and business growth initiatives as required.

About you:

•    Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, English, or a related field.
•    Strong interest in customer-facing engineering roles.
•    Strong market and technology insights.
•    Familiarity with storage technologies (HDD, SSD, RAID, etc.) is a plus.
•    Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
•    Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
•    A team player who can effectively collaborate with others.

Your experience includes:

•    Proficiency in the tools for statistical data analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation.
•    Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
•    Experience supporting customers in a technical environment.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
You might also have:
•    Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, C/C++, Shell).
•    Knowledge of diagnostic tools and log analysis (e.g., SMART, telemetry, failure logs).
•    Understanding of cloud storage, edge computing, or AI/ML applications in storage.
•    Demonstrated leadership through student organizations, technical competitions, or project teams.
