About our group:

The Corporate Quality team is part of Seagate's Global Quality organization and is responsible for driving the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of Seagate's Quality Management System (QMS). The team provides enterprise-wide oversight and support through: 

  • Leading Seagate's Continuous Improvement framework, including the 8D and Lessons Learned process. Oversight through 8D/LL Steering council.  

  • Providing oversight of Seagate's global ISO certification program through the PExA Council 

  • Managing enterprise Warranty Rates reporting and analytics 

  • Reporting and analyzing RQC (Customer Satisfaction) metrics 

  • Governing Management System Documentation through the Documentation Council 

  • Managing the Global Quality Portal and Corporate Quality websites 

  • Driving digital transformation and AI adoption across quality processes tools 

About the role - you will:

  • Collect, cleanse, transform, and analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets 

  • Support the development, validation, and monitoring of AI-driven predictive models for warranty return rates by integrating product reliability, field performance, telemetry, and historical warranty insights, with customer-specific refinement where needed. 

  • Perform exploratory and trend analysis on warranty, reliability, field-performance, and customer data to identify key drivers, patterns, and emerging quality risks. 

  • Support the design and implementation of an enterprise Change Management tracking platform 

  • Develop AI agents and workflow automation solutions for audit planning, execution, and reporting 

  • Design and build enterprise dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting solutions 

  • Develop modern web applications using Angular, React, and other JavaScript frameworks 

  • Apply AI and machine learning techniques to improve decision-making and process efficiency 

  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, including Microsoft 365, QMS applications, and data repositories

Your experience includes:

  • Strong foundation in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science or related fields

  • Experience working on projects involving large, complex datasets (structured and unstructured) 

  • Experience with data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data quality validation. 

  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and/or CSS. 

  • Familiarity with Linux environments, command-line tools, shell scripting, and basic system/file management. 

  • Knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL, data transformation, data integration, and data management techniques. 

  • Experience developing dashboards, data visualizations, KPI monitoring, and analytical reporting solutions. 

  • Exposure to AI/ML, predictive analytics, feature engineering, model evaluation, and validation techniques. 

  • Exposure to time-series analysis, forecasting, or reliability/warranty analytics is an advantage.

Korat, Thailand

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
