About our group:

The Cloud Program Supply Demand Account Manager is responsible for end to end supply and demand execution for one or more large Cloud Service Provider (CSP) accounts. This role owns operational delivery, ensuring customer demand is translated into executable supply plans while balancing internal constraints, financial objectives, and customer commitments.

This role demonstrates strong supply chain execution and project management discipline, independently leading complex programs and cross functional workflows. The role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Planning, Factory, Logistics, and Finance to drive predictable execution, risk mitigation, and on time delivery.

About the role - you will:

Supply & Demand Execution
•    Own rolling demand and supply plans for assigned CSP account(s)
•    Translate customer forecasts and POs into executable internal plans
•    Monitor supply commits, backlog, inventory, and shipment performance
•    Ensure data accuracy across planning and execution systems
Supply Chain Management
•    Act as the primary operational owner for supply chain execution issues
•    Identify and mitigate risks related to capacity, yield, qualification timing, and material availability
•    Partner with Planning, Factory, and Customer Success on recovery and trade off scenarios
•    Clearly communicate risk, impact, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
Program & Project Management
•    Lead cross functional execution forums (weekly supply reviews, risk calls)
•    Manage program milestones for product ramps, transitions, and qualification programs
•    Track actions, dependencies, and deliverables to closure
•    Escalate blockers appropriately when execution is at risk
Customer & Cross Functional Partnership
•    Serve as the operational interface for customers on supply and delivery topics
•    Support customer co planning activities with data driven insights
•    Align closely with Sales and Customer Success on messaging and commitments
•    Prepare and support QBRs, SBRs, and leadership updates
Business & Financial Acumen
•    Understand revenue and margin implications of supply decisions
•    Support forecast accuracy, revenue attainment, and inventory optimization
•    Partner with Finance and Revenue Ops on demand to revenue reconciliation

•    Independently manages complex execution within defined frameworks
•    Exercises judgment on trade offs and prioritization
•    Escalates when customer commitments or revenue are materially at risk
•    Does not set enterprise wide strategy or multi account policy

About you:

  • Significant experience in supply chain, operations, or business analytics.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross functional execution
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience operating in fast paced, ambiguous environments

Your experience includes:

•    Experience supporting hyperscale or large CSP customers
•    Familiarity with SAP, E2Open, forecasting and planning tools
•    Exposure to product ramps, qualification programs, or supply recovery initiatives

Location:

Fremont Research Center; Hybrid - 3 days a week on-site

The estimated base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $128,000. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
