The Customer Success (CS) team is a highly effective, customer-focused group that consistently delivers best-in-class product support and service to both external and internal customers.
About the role - you will:
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues for enterprise and OEM / Cloud customers in South China.
• Support the team in analyzing drive failure data, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, and others) to ensure timely and effective customer support.
• Participate in customer meetings and technical reviews, providing insights and documenting action items.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base and process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct research on emerging storage technologies and industry trends to bring fresh perspectives to the team
About you:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with storage technologies (HDD, SSD, RAID, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who can effectively collaborate with others.
Your experience includes:
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis to support Fleet Management Analytics and internal team requests.
• Background in HDD/SSD, including design, process, and quality management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
You might also have:
• Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, C/C++, Shell).
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and log analysis (e.g., SMART, telemetry, failure logs).
• Exposure to customer-facing roles or technical support environments.
• Familiarity with cloud storage, edge computing, or AI/ML applications in storage.
