About the role - you will:

 

As a Learning & Talent Development Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the operational delivery of global learning initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior program leads, HR partners, and business stakeholders to ensure programs are executed effectively and meet learner needs.

 

Your role will include:

 

  • Coordinating and managing the delivery of learning programs, including scheduling, communications, and logistics.
  • Supporting program design and content development through research, vendor coordination, and stakeholder input.
  • Managing program setup and tracking in learning platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Udemy).
  • Monitoring program performance and learner feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Preparing reports and dashboards to communicate program outcomes and insights.
  • Ensuring alignment with Seagate’s values and global talent development goals.
  • Contributing to process documentation and continuous improvement efforts.

Your experience includes:

 

  • Facilitating in-person and virtual classroom classes for managers and employees.
  • Partnering with external vendors to design / deliver learning experiences.
  • Managing or coordinating learning programs on HR projects, including drafting communications to colleagues and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly.
  • Working in a global environment with diverse and remote team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience

 

You might also have:

 

  • Familiarity with learning management systems and digital learning tools (e.g. SAP Successfactors, Udemy).
  • Exposure to instructional design or adult learning principles.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Interest in growing into a strategic L&D or talent development role.
  • Leveraging AI tools in the space of Learning and Talent Development.

 

Salary:   The estimated base salary range for this position is $81,500.00 - $116,600.00. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year and may differ depending on work location.

Bloomington – Hybrid Work Structure - 3 days a week in office:

 

Our Bloomington campus spans two suburbs, Edina and Bloomington, and serves as the Recording Head development and manufacturing arm of Seagate.
