About our group:

The Wafer Operations finance team provides finance and business support to the Wafer factory operations team across two locations - Minnesota, USA, and Springtown Northern Ireland. The team is part of a global finance team that also supports Seagate operations in China, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. The wafer manufacturing and design process is integral to Seagate's efforts towards providing the most innovative, efficient, and dependable data storage products.

About the role - you will:

· Mentor, develop and manage the Bloomington, MN site (known as Normandale - NRM) finance team to meet objectives.

· Function as the finance business partner to the NRM Operations Vice-President.

· Structure the finance team to effectively support and partner the team of Operations directors at both sites.

· Work with the finance Lead of Wafer operations and the finance consolidation team, agreeing targets and providing insight and explanations for actual and forecasted performance.

· Oversee preparation of monthly management accounts, outlooks, and quarterly budgets.

· Perform insightful scenario modelling and capital investment appraisals.

You might also have:

 

· Experience collaborating with teams across different time zones.

· Experience in the use of SAP, Tableau and Microsoft Office.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $182,000. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
