About our group:

 

The US Benefits team is responsible for the implementation and administration of all benefit programs for the US.   With the addition of this experienced Benefits Analyst in MN, the US Benefits team will have members in each of our Tier 1 US sites allowing us to provide in-person support to our employees.  Other team members are in our Fremont, CA and Longmont, CO locations.  

 

Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards - Americas, you will be responsible for supporting all US Health & Welfare programs ensuring compliance with all new federal and state regulations.      

About the role - you will:

 

  • Oversee and administer U.S. Health & Welfare benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, EAP, health savings accounts, life insurance, flexible spending, and Long-Term Care. 

  • Partner with third-party administrators, brokers, Legal, and HR to manage benefit operations, vendor relationships, and compliance. 

  • Support benefit strategy through program design, market benchmarking, and analysis of costs and utilization. 

  • Support benefit-related RFPs, vendor implementations, renewals, and contract approvals. 

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. 

  • Develop and maintain benefit policies, procedures, and program documentation. 

  • Create and deliver employee communications and materials related to benefit plans, enrollment, and program changes.

Your experience includes:

 

  • Managing benefit programs (preferrably in a global environment)

  • Working knowledge of federal and state health and welfare benefit regulations 

  • Excellent project management and presentation skills 

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point 

  • Prior experience with SAP Success Factors HR System 

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience

 

Salary: The estimated base salary range for this position is $81,500.00 - $116,600.00. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
