This Facilities Program/Project Manager position will report to the Facilities Operations group at Seagate’s manufacturing site in Bloomington, MN. This position will be on-site Monday-Friday with daytime hours. You will get to work with a variety of our staff, while working on real projects that provide lasting value to the Facilities Department and Seagate.
About the role - you will:
The Facilities Program/Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of service contracts that support workplace operations and employee experience. This role ensures that contracted services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements. The manager will serve as the primary liaison between vendors, internal stakeholders, and facilities leadership. Contract Management & Oversight, administer and manage contracts for the following services: Project & Program Leadership Stakeholder Engagement Financial & Operational Management
