About the role - you will:

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair vacuum equipment in wafer fabrication.
  • Utilize knowledge of electronic circuits, PLCs, robotics, and the ability to read schematics.
  • Follow and complete preventive maintenance instructions.
  • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimal equipment downtime.
  • This includes repairing and maintaining production and production test equipment.
  • Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
  • Administer training programs to ensure proper equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and repair procedures.
  • Work on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative.
  • Understand the implications of work and make recommendations for solutions.
  • Determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
  • Provide guidance to other non‑exempt personnel.
  • Serve as a skilled specialist and complete tasks in creative and effective ways.
  • Ability to work with chemicals while following all required safety procedures.

Your experience includes:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 ‐ 4 years of related experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Related field experience.
  • Must be able to work A Shift (Weekday Day shift, from Monday to Wednesday and every other Thursday from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm).

 

You Might Also Have:

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) technical degree preferred.
  • Preferred software and hardware experience.
  • Post‑secondary education or relevant military experience preferred.

 

The estimated base wage range for this position is $26.44 - $37.82/hr. The individual base wage is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
