About the role - you will:
● Have insight into market trends, industry dynamics, understand customer needs and key points, translate business strategies into business plans and promote them. ● Drive Seagate HDD/SSD solution business growth in North China, to meet company target in term of Revenue, Margin and Market Share ● Develop downstream business plans based on the company's overall goals. Develop a business strategy with a solid and executable action plan to build up and maintain a healthy downstream channel business environment ● Leading customer quarterly business review and executive meetings to maintain/enhance customer relationship/engagement and loyalty to improve Seagate share and customer satisfaction ● New high-quality customer acquisition to ensure the growth of numbers of customer ● Identify new vertical market/industry to look for new business opportunities ● Create awareness and demand for company products and brand ● Identify gaps between Seagate product/ technical/services and customer/market demands, innovate actively and seek new business opportunities. ● Collaborate with cross-functional departments and establish internal networks to coordinate internal company resources to provide efficient services to customers. ●对华北市场的市场趋势、行业动态有洞察力,了解客户需求和关键点,将商业策略转化为商业计划并加以推广。 ●推动希捷HDD/SSD/解决方案在华北市场的业务增长,实现公司收入、利润和市场份额目标。 ●根据公司的总体目标,制定下游业务计划。制定业务战略,制定坚实可行的行动计划,建立和维护健康的下游渠道业务环境。 ●负责客户季度业务审查并执行沙龙会议,以维护和提升客户关系以及客户参与度和忠诚度,提高希捷的市场份额和客户满意度。 ●开发新的高质量客户,以确保客户数量的增长。 ●辨别新的垂直市场和行业,寻找新的商业机会。 ●创造对公司产品和品牌的认知度和需求。 ●找出希捷产品/技术/服务与客户/市场需求之间的差距,积极创新,寻求新的商业机会。 ●与跨职能部门合作,建立内部网络,协调公司内部资源,为客户提供高效服务。
About you:

Your experience includes:
● Good at English both on Spoken and Written ● Office software including word, excel, PPT ● IT industry experience ● Proven successful background in channel sales ● Bachelors and/or equivalent experience ● Worked with larger scale corporations ●良好的英语听说读写能力。 ●熟练使用办公软件:包括Word,Excel,PPT等。 ●互联网,IT行业经验。 ●渠道销售方面的成功经验。 ●本科学历及/或同等经验。 ●有大型企业工作经验。
