About the role - you will:
• Lead Seagate product solutions and downstream business growth for hard drives, SSDs, and systems to meet revenue, profit, and market share targets.
• Responsible for customer acquisition and market development, including engaging, following up with, and driving commercial execution for HDD/SSD customers.
• Assist the Regional Manager in formulating business strategies supported by reliable and executable action plans to build and maintain a healthy downstream channel business environment.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as sustain and expand market share within existing client segments and geographic regions.
• Communicate market trends, industry developments, as well as customer needs and pain points, and translate business strategies into actionable business plans to drive execution.
• Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by management from time to time within the scope of the employee’s role and capabilities.
About you:

Your experience includes:
• Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time university program, graduating between 2024 and 2026, with no more than two years of post-graduation experience. Desired Qualifications: • Graduates from top-tier universities, including 985/211 institutions or Ivy League schools, are preferred.
• Strong interest in the IT storage industry and HDD/SSD hardware sector, with willingness to build a long-term career in storage.
• Strong written and spoken English skills required, with CET-6, TEM-4, or above; overseas study experience is a plus
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
