We apply Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to enable real-time analysis, predictive insights, intelligent automation, and optimized production processes. Working closely with business and engineering teams, we harness Industry 4.0 capabilities including real-time control, IoT, Big Data and Analytics, automation, and AI to advance smart factory initiatives and maximize operational excellence. 

About the role - you will:

• Develop machine learning and Generative AI solutions to automate factory and business processes. 

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing multi-step workflows. 

• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using enterprise data, document repositories, and vector databases. 

• Create prompt workflows, prompt templates, and evaluation frameworks for Large Language Models (LLMs). 

• Undertake data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and analysis of structured and unstructured data. 

• Develop AI-native applications that integrate LLMs, APIs, enterprise systems, and factory data sources. 

• Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends, insights, and optimization opportunities. 

• Build predictive models, intelligent recommendation systems, and autonomous monitoring solutions. 

• Evaluate GenAI solutions for accuracy, relevance, hallucination risk, safety, and business impact. 

• Present findings and recommendations using modern data visualization and AI storytelling techniques. 

About you:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. 

• Passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and intelligent automation. 

• Curious and adaptable, with a strong desire to learn emerging AI technologies and frameworks. 

• Interested in building AI products rather than only training traditional machine learning models. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. 

• Comfortable working with ambiguity, experimentation, and rapid prototyping. 

• Able to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

• Familiar with Generative AI concepts including Large Language Models, prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, vector databases, model evaluation, and Responsible AI. 

Your experience includes:

• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and Generative AI concepts. 

• Experience with Python, SQL, and software development practices. 

• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and modern application architectures. 

• Exposure to Generative AI platforms or frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain. 

• Understanding of prompt engineering, function or tool calling, AI agent design patterns, RAG, vector search and embeddings, and LLM evaluation techniques. 

• Experience developing AI assistants, chatbots, copilots, or intelligent workflow automation solutions through projects, research, hackathons, or coursework. 

• Exposure to data engineering concepts including data pipelines, ETL, and knowledge management. 

• Experience developing, fine-tuning, or deploying GenAI solutions using open-source or cloud-based AI platforms.
