About our group:

Professional engineering group to focus on specific area by function. Solution deliver/propose for product issue root cause, product margin improvement including:

· Servo-Mech yield/quality improvement & study; support on critical/initiative project study and development project.

· Good understanding for Mech test function to support FA and project study.

· Leadership for critical projects, setup and lead initiative/development projects, new test function building. (20%tasks in Mech)

About the role - you will:

· Work with drive design center, servo/mechanical development and manufacturing organization to provide servo/mechanical system integration engineering support for pre-launch product.

· Provide technical support and project coordination across functional teams and program management teams in System Engineering/Product Engineering, manufacture and drive design center.

· Perform Servo/Mechanical FA on all post process failures and determine root cause. Work with various groups to develop corrective actions and follow through the implementations.

· Perform servo/mechanical FA test tool development.

About you:

· Demonstrated ability to solve conflicts and deliver optimized solutions.

· Has positive attitude for work and willing to take challenge.

· Good communication skills with fluent oral and written English

Your experience includes:

· Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering

· Strong Mech component properties, machining, tooling, process understanding

· 2D/3D Mech drawing knowledge/capability (AutoCAD,Solidworks, ProE …etc)

· Good skill at Matlab test tool using/development

· Critical thinking and good problem solving capability
