About our group:

We are Drive R&D operation team, we work closely with the head designer and the electrical engineering team. We build and test the transducer design in drive form according to the customer request.

About the role - you will:

  • Coordinate with internal and external customers and communicate to the operation team
  • Support drive builds and drive test. Ensure that customers’ needs have been met and deliver the quality result/data on time
  • Support the special requests from customers and response on time
  • Be a consultant to the front team to solve the build/test issue
  • Be assigned on additional tasks and responsibilities that will positively contribute towards team, department and company goals

About you:

  • Knowledge in Hard Disk Drives manufacturing is preferable
  • Strong verbal and written communication both Thai and English
  • Strong presentation skills  
  • Analysis tools

Your experience includes:

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service 
  • Open-minded and good attitude 
  • Good at data analytical skills
  • Fluent in English
