About our group:

The Software Test Automation Team is dedicated to ensuring the quality and reliability of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software – SAP use by Seagate globally, through automated testing. ERP is software that manages and integrates the important parts of business encompassing planning, purchasing, inventory, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and more. This team leverages advanced automated testing tool to ensure quality and reliability of the software, which is a cornerstone of a company's success, impacting everything from operational efficiency to customer satisfaction.

About the role - you will:

play an integral role in ensuring quality and reliability of the ERP software focusing on test automation design, development and maintenance following guidelines and processes. You will work under minimum/moderate supervision and collaborate closely with the team to ensure successful delivery.

o Design, development and maintenance of automated tests.

o Participate in script reviews and provide feedback.

o Apply best practices in test automation and software quality assurance.

o Collaborate with the development team, support team and stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective automated tests.

o Debug and document software defects and issue

About you:

  • Demonstrated innovation and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Demonstrated good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in English verbal, written and presentation skills.

Your experience includes:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
